Hey there.
I have been playing with my car on vag com and have discovered that im having some fuel supply problems.
Think my pump may not quite be up to the task at high boost and max power.
Rather than just replace the standard unit, Does anyone know of any good aftermarket uprated pumps.
Cheers
Scott

is the fuel pressure regulator upgraded to a 4bar one?

For a standard (by standard i mean anything still using the OEM turbo) the OEM pump will be fine.

Yeah i agree the pump should be fine for stock turbo car. However in the short future im gonna put a new 350bhp turbo kit on.
So i figured if i have to replace the pump i should put an uprated one in now.
Any help on fining on would be great
thanks

im using a OEM S3 pump, along with a Walbro 255lph inline pump, which takes the strain off of the stock pump. The Walbro is good for 400bhp. I got it off ebay for £110 delivered from the US.

Rich do you have any idea what the oem part flows?
would the intank 255 walbro be enough on iits own?
cheers

The intank one would be fune, but it would need to fit the OEM connectors and cartridge.
