Fuel consuption problems with S3

A few months ago my car started to make fuel cuts so I took it to Audi as it was under warranty. They changed the fuel pressure regulator at first, and then the fuel pump as the problem was still there.
After this, the problem was solved but since then, my fuel consumption has dramatically increased from12 l/100Km (23,54 MPG) to 16 l/100Km (17,6Km).
I am pretty sure it has something to do with the FPR. The first time they installed the fuel pump they screwed something as the car was dropping fuel..(mechanics are such a morons in the official Audi dealers here in Spain!) so I took it back and fixed it.
What do you think they could have done wrong during this process? The car runs perfect but my mileage… it consumes more than my father’s S6 v10 come on!

I've no idea what your issue could be but am surprised no-one on here has been along to help. Try talking to one of the specialists over here in the UK and see if they can help.
