Front wipers wont go off

I washed my car yesterday and now the front wipers wont go off at all.

Would anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

as long as nothing has shorted/burnt out it should be fine

Faulty relay, or switch.

I doubt it's water in the wiper motor, it's sealed, and would most likely cause a short.
