hi guys, tried to remove the front struts last weekend to fit my new coilovers. Does anybody know the size of the splined nut iirc is it a M14 spline?? I managed to undo it with waterpump pliers and a socket but ewant to make sure its done up tight enough.
i also had problems removing the strut from the wheel bearing housing but i have made a wedge at work to drive it apart - so hopefully this will work.
So main question is it an M14 spline socket that i need to tighten the strut bolt?
