My drivers seat bolster is looking a bit tired and as the car is getting some track miles in I thought something a little more supportive might be in order. As the car is also used for my daily miles anything that requires harnesses is out of the question. What other VAG seats will fit my A4 subframes?

Really? Damn was hoping it might be as easy as swapping seats onto the A4 subframe like on some of the older Ford's. Looks like it'll be a pair of OMP Stradas or Sparco R100s

Just don't bother buying sparco runners. They are completely useless.

if you take the seat out and have a look underneath, you'll see the issue.

They dont really have "runners" as such. The sliding runner channels are welded to the bodyshell, and the frame on the bottom of the seat supplies the sliding parts and locking mechanism, plus the height adjustment.

Arghhhh... Damn you ASN for not letting me cut and paste on my Android phone!!!
