front brake discs? which ones do you recommend??

Iv got an 2007 s3 with 60,000km , The brakes or wheels rattle or vibrate when i push the brakes at 120-150kph,Is it the brake discs? Is 60k the norm for changing front discs? the car is normal standard s3 no updates,, just bbs wheels, if i need discs im happy with the standard, but can you recommend anything better and cheaper? thanks steve barcelona

Sounds like the wheels need balancing if you can "drive through" the vibration.
Put the front wheels to the rear and see if stops or changes at all.

If you don't feel the vibrations when driving but only when breaking than the disks may be warped. Check if they have a wear mark, if it is reached, than change the disks, otherwise you could try to resurface them.
If you want to change them, go with OEM ones. Unless you plan power upgrades.

Haha! Don't have to buy that monster. I'm sure there are shops who have something similar and can trim the disks
