need some advice please
i have lowered my car so much that it knocks when i hit the slightest bump
awesome gti say there uprated arb's stop this knocking you get when the car is lowered over 50mm but i cant see how, i have also been told to jus remove the arb completely as it looks like the driveshaft hits the arb? has anyone else had this problem?
i don't really want to raise the suspension as i love how it sits
thank you

Hmm...

Your options seem to be to raise it before it costs you a sump (probably the best idea anyway), fit an aftermrket ARB designed for very low cars (costly) or remove it (silly).

It's up to you...

Personally, I'd just raise it...but you don't want to do that.

What dampers are you using?
Is it lowered on coilovers?

its on ap coilovers
will it affect it much if i do remove it? the car is more for show than go i don't do track days or race around country lanes or even drive the car much if i have to raise it then i will just want to know if there is a way i can leave it that low and lose the annoying knocking lol
