From Q5 to RS4! Anyone know this car OE 06 MTF

Hi all
Possibly would of been better to ask this question before I put a deposit down on the car, but does anyone know any history on RS4 B7 Saloon OE06MTF Silver with the recaros etc, nly 17000miles.
Btw I cant wait to get hold of it, wanted one for a long time and never bought one because of her indoors, but hey! decided to buy her a little Clio so Im good to go!!!!

Any info would be great.
