    Brilliant story!

As a child of the 70's, first saw the Turbo Esprit in the movies Spy Who Loved Me / For Your Eyes Only and have loved it ever since!

    Good thread this, very touching.

I would love to get back my first car, got it for £50.

That's a brilliant story, just shows the world isnt just full of doom and gloom.

I have had a little similar experience of "good will help" from someone on this forum when I cocked my A3 up a couple of months ago when I diddnt have a job or money, a couple of hundred quids worth of help if I was to get it sorted anywhere else.

Money is good but kindness is priceless and people (kids) now seem to for get that (my god I sound old lol).

As Scooter (the happy hardcore band) said in one of there tracks (move your ass) "it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!"

Now as a side note: I have a really bad cold, I need some coilovers, anyone? lol.
