Some of you may or may not now, I work as a fully qualified independant Mortgage Consultant.

As a special offer to audi-sport members and friends, I am a professional Mortgage Adviser, with no broker fees. We are paid by the lenders, and can pass savings onto our clients.

Please PM me if you are:
    1) Looking to buy your first home and unsure what you could borrow. No deposit, no worries.
    2) Looking to move home and already own one.
    3) Own a home and looking to borrow extra funds.
    4) Self employed, no accounts.
    5) Have missed payments, and looking to switch Mortgage.
    6) Looking to save money on your Mortgage payments.

As an independant broker, we have access to all the lenders in the UK, and have special Hight Street deals not available to the public.

Please PM me, or call me 07807 994910 anytime.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

maybe not, fixed rates are hard to sell, as people are scared to be tied in for a long time. If a long term deal was arranged in 2003, then yeah, as interest rates were really low.
And no, not necessarily feeling the pinch, we do sportspeople's mortgages, and dont advertise, I just thought id try putting the feelers out to ASN.
