Just wondering if this has been done, how easy is it?

Yes, needs some wiring modifications to work electrics of course, give me a shout if you need an installer.
thanks like to try myself its 1/2 the fun but any tips wouldn't go amiss current seats are std cloth no electrics. and out of curiosity what's a good price to pay for them ?
Price is dependent on how bad you want mate, cant really offer advice on that one & if no electrics already, the needs properly wiring into fusebox with repair wires & proper cable/fuse rating, dont just whack some old speaker wire in, no offense, but I've seen some really **** work in my time, unsafe work aswell.
Yep, can be done, but not an easy mod with all the wiring etc. If in any doubt then I would perhaps consider taking Nigel up on this one. At least you know you will have a perfectly finished off job.
Happy new year Dan, whatsapp not working your end as sent several to you in the last few months, doesnt look like you're connected anymore mate, get anywhere with the knowledge?
Happy new year Nige. Need to update my whatsapp. Been doing the knowledge for a month now, going really well. Sold the Audi as we no longer needed it as I bought my self a nice little honda sh125, and we bought ourselves a nice little 3 year old fiesta 1.6tdci, great little car, and to be fair it will be the other half driving it most days for the next three years at least, lol.
Quite amusing though when I turn up to people's homes to do cruise fits and I pull up in a Ford, haha!!
Hope you been keeping well?
ok cheers ill be ok on the wiring side and yes i will be using correct wire gauge and fuse rating but to be honest not bothered about heated seats atm just want comfortable seats
We all do what we have to mate to get where we need or more like want to be, time out in now will benefit you later mate huh
when fitting the s5 seats make sure you get the right airbag plug as you will need to change it over to get the seat airbags working and like nigel said the electrics need to go to the fuse box. that should get the lumbar and seat adjustment going.
I bought mine off eBay for a nice cheap price ....it was £200. Fully electric and heated. I also got ASH187 to install them....still not finished thou yet....need to get the heated seats working ......but everything else works...
We will have adapters for these S5/A5 seats soon along with B7 RS4 seats, PM me for more info..
well fronts fitted nut having issues fitting the rear back rest sections any help getting them to fit would be great full.

David, just pm'd you.
