First Avs Service

I got my First AVS service done this weekend on my 55plate 140tdi it had 15,600 miles on the clock. Should they have changed the Air filter for the engine?? I know they didnt cause i checked! Audi customer services couldn't help they were useless!!!

I'm pretty sure first service is just oil and oil filter.

Air filter should be changed at 60k or at 4 years I think.

Think it was 40k on my old S3 but for the cost of them I bought them myself and changed it every other service.

Pollen filter should be done after 2 yrs, is in the service schedule in the book.

Think some delaers change this every service, sure mine does anyway!
