Hi all,
I have got round to taking some shots with a camera, not the best camera. I will do some better shots at some point.
I can honestly say and seriously think the facelift chain driven engine seems alot more responsive and the turbo is ALOT louder than m orange one and that was a 57 plate. It whistles and pops this one alot more.

Like it mate, where did you get the wing mirrors from with the indicators in?

Would they fit a 55reg a3 s line?
 
The mirrors come on the facelift A3's

Dave looking nice, always have been a fan of your colourful cars, hate boring same old whites & blacks, the exclusive stitching is nice & on the arms of the doorcards aswell, nice touch huh, now time for modding, lol.
 
They were standard on the facelift, different mirror design. Not too shure if the stem is the same as the pre facelift to retrofit. I'm sure it can be done, watch this space.

Thanks, the car really does look alot better in person. Its hard to capture yellow as a colour really.

The stitching stands out more inside also in real life.

Wish I could afford a new S3 as often as you can, you make me feel like an under-achiever!!!!

Did you get a good trade in on the Solar S3? I got a pitiful trade in offer when I had the chance of a cheap S5 in January.

On my list so yes watch this space, I had the new mirrors from germany but they sent non folding, dimming, heated, so sent back but will update when done.
 
I sold private for 25500..... Quite good really. I wouldn;t have sold for any lower and really only swapped because of facelift

Didn't have that much to put too really

I didnt say that, but time will tell & audi would be a good place to start, lol
 
looks good! I like the stitching on the bars on the center console, did it come like that or did you have that done?
 
Its part of the exclusive line stitching on the seats, doorcards, steering wheel, mats possibly & the console arms

Thanks again. Its not to everyones taste, but I think 99% of people like it as I had alot of pictures taken at Oulton Park the other day.

I think tinted windows are a must with a yellow car though.

Not sure nhn will know , Ive seen them in carbon fibre there nice but to expensive

It makes the car exclusive really, it feels special inside and knowing it went to a different part of the factory to have the normal stuff taken out.

Dunno if your asking me if i'm going but yes deffo to edition and maybe to audiinpark....

Last yr. at Edition we only spent about 2hrs walking round the cars hehehe Good weekend!
