I took my A2 for a service and i was very disappointed when i wasn't given an RS7 as i courtesy car.
Now that's just silly

How about for next time we all go here, www.audi.co.uk/about-audi/audi-driving-experiences.html, the cheapest one is £299. Or would you expect it free?
Porsche treat their prospective and existing customers to a Porsche Driving Experience at Silverstone
Free
Complete with skid pan and track
(And to be fair to Audi, I've attended 3 Audi Sport Showcase Events - 45 minute unaccompanied drives, in RS4's, RS6's, R8 V10's etc. All free, of course, with lunch I bought my S3 shortly after one of those events.)
I do need to try Porsche and Merc. I brought my S3 circa £40,000 off the back of a Audi Sport Showcase so they do work.
Im sure they'll be bending over backwards to give you unaccompanied test drives especially if you tell them you're S3 was circa £40k.
Yeah the Audi driving experience you have to pay.......
Not have it all kindly laid on by ASN.
Not really like for like though are they.
Maybe so.....
But certain forum members seemed to want to treat the cars like they were going round silverstone.
You can't really compare these to be fair
Why? Is that because you would have to pay for them.
Well said and I have done that but the sticking point is that peeps will have to actually pay for it and thats the sticking pointAs Audimad says I prefer to go on the Audi driving experience days…
That way you can really get to grips with these cars

That's not to say if I got the chance to actually attend one of the ASN meets I wouldn't go.....As Audimad says I prefer to go on the Audi driving experience days…

Not interested in what Porsche do this is Audi.
So Audi as a brand aren't interested in letting prospective customers drive their cars then?
Where is this thread going?
People left honest feedback
You didn't like the feedback
Said that we only wanted to thrash the cars (bit presumptuous)
Then said we should pay to go on the driving experience
Then suggested we wouldn't go because it wasn't "free"
I said Porsche provided free experience days
Now you're being overly defensive about Audi
Is it any wonder very few other people have left their "honest" feedback on this thread?
I certainly heard a lot more grumbles on the day, but no-one else has bothered to leave it on here, presumably because they would be accused of whinging, or accused of just wanting to thrash cars.
Well, maybe Audi had better buck up their ideas if they want new customers then!
(As opposed to just selling cars to people who will buy Audi everytime )
Your posts are enough to give an Asprin a headache ,your constantly criticising People ,Audi ,ASN ,everything and anything .
I don't know whether you've noticed but this is an AUDI forum ,reading some of your posts your obviously not happy with your S3 ,even less happy that there's gonna be an RS3 and you can't wait to try the Focus RS so perhaps you should go and buy yourself Focus RS and join the Focus RS forum where I'm sure they love to hear your Audi bashing comments.
But these events were organised by Sandra with the dealership and in all three events this year that'll be Swansway Garages and not Audi UK.
So thank you Sandra and Swansway Garages...
I've done two events and was/am 100% satisfied with both events...
I used to think @veeeight did this to annoy / wind people up ( me for the most part ) but he's just being honest and giving his opinion. I can definitely be called a "Audi fan boy" but there are other options available. I don't buy based on reviews, spec level etc - if I did I'd never have a Audi. I buy on opinion, my opinion - something I love others can hate - everyone needs to appreciate this is a Internet forum with a diverse set of people. Guess what? each one has their own mind and opinion.
It would be much appreciated I imagine if an event could be arranged for us here in the east even if cars were or were not provided to driveGuys enough moaning and whinging. No one forced you to stay if you weren't happy. There were others there that enjoyed the day. Crewe Audi put on a great event and the continual moaning won't go unnoticed. So quit moaning and grow up. You guys need to appreciate that a lot of time and effort goes into planning these events, both this end and Crewe Audi end. they feed you. They treat you well, they even give you a nice gift. Where else do you get this? So think on before you moan and remember just because you didn't get to drive cars On your own. It was a meeting, not an off road showcase event or an Audi driving experience. So think carefully before you sit behind your keyboard and post anything else.
