    Was involved in an accident last night , some idiot pulled out on me ! Gutted , two days before my iunsurance renewal when i was due to protect my no claims , camt belive it . £800 premium hike , £800 excess , Not happy !
    If anyone has an a3 bumper/ pre-facelift headlights knocking around can you let me know please ?

    you dont have to claim on your insurance mate....it was the other drivers fault so you claim on his and they pay for it all...therefore you dont lose your NCB anyway. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

    Sorry to hear that- my accident was similar.

    my accident was non-fault but no independent witnesses so went 50-50. Was not charged excess at all by insurance compay as they saw it as non-fault so Jimbo your company maybe same. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

    p.s.Get your mate to maximise as much as reasonably possible the price of work done on car so you get 50% of that back and use it to do any other bodywork stuff you were thinking of.
