hi Stuart couldn't get pics to load into gallery so here they are with the front coilovers nearly as low as they will go, can go about 10 mm lower, and the rear is only about halfway down!! As for bodyshops really don't know, might be worth asking over on www.edition38.com some of the guys over there have very well finished vw's

Thats about as low as my A3 is now!! I have ordered H&R coilovers and may be purchasing 19" OZ Antares wheels in the next few days. I shall pop out in about an hour and get pics of the damaged wheel for you. I have spoken to a specialist and they recommend getting 2 wheels done, the damaged one from the front and the rear from the same side. This is due to the fact that Khan use a very unique finish and will be very hard for a company to get exactly that finish and if both wheels on one side look exactly the same, it will be very hard to notice the difference.

not exactly sure how low it is would say about 100mm down from standard
the rear lights a totally clear ones, theres a ad in the market place for them if your interested
