Does any one have an idea that which dealership would code my Immo for the new facelift clusters and what is the cost involved.
I have rang a few Audi dealerships around my area Leeds, Huddersfield and Bradford Audi all 3 are useless.

Sorry for opening a new post, but unable to access NHN post.

    Thanks

None of them. I heard stanstead audi did one recently but knew nothing of it and refused to do this for me.
So, i invested a lot in new tools, and to date have completed one 2009 white cluster into a 2005 car. I have two more lined up this sunday, so if all goes well id be happy to quote you for this work.

It is quite involved, if you do not have a working key for the new dash I will need to read the eeproms directly on the pcb of the new clock, and unfortunately this is not cheap due to risks involved. Then I will need to connect to your car, read the car and immobiliser data, and transfer it to the new clocks after making a working key for them. Once the swap is complete i can correct the milage, apparently audi refuse to do this. I have successfully corrected 2013 cars, no no qualms there.

I do know Kap Diagnostics also offer a postal service for this kind of work. They sell the tools I bought, and if you can be without your car for a few days it may be worth asking them. IIRC one of the technicians there is on this forum.

Ive only coded second hand clocks. New i would expect audi to do for you, cheaper than I could as they have the VAG tools and ability to do it without the work arounds third party tools use.

Theres an audi specialist in Carlisle called Harpers, who recently fitted an updated dash cluster for me. Coded the spare key but couldnt change the mileage so I've still got that to do.
All for one hours labour of £60!

Interesting. Milage is the easy bit.
