My lenses on my xenons are a bit milky to look at and probably the main reason why on dark damp roads I can't see ****.
After looking on you tube there was a video of someone stripping one down for a clean, but his weren't self levelling like mine.
Does anyone know how to remove the xenon lense from the housing, or have a link to one. Don't want to damage mine as they are not cheap to replace.
Regards
Brad.

I wouldn't strip to polish, since it's (normally) only the outside of the lens that goes milky....

There is a kit from Halfrauds for cleaning plastic lenses, I'd use that if going DIY. An other option is that most car detailers also offer this service.

To remove the front plastic lense is a oven job, to heat the glue and remove it. Post a picture of the milky part, as I've never seen this issue on the inside.

When was the last time the bulbs were changed?

The bulbs are probably the original ones. And as you hopefully can see, it looks like someone has already fingered it.

On another matter B5nut. Do you know how to reset the service reminder.

Thanks

Brad
