exhaust and spoiler!

Hi,
Wgat spoilers are available for my b5 a4? im looking for a standard fit spoiler or an aftermarket replica ie. nothing that doesnt look OEM!

Also i have the twin exit standard exhaust, whats going to be the best option to change it to nicer shiny twin pite design? i dont wanna buy a loud stainless backbox as my car is a diesel.
any help is much appreiciated,
