Subject: Online service information at the new erWin web shop
Dear erWin customer,
We are pleased to have you as a subscriber to our erWin web shop.
We hope the use of our electronic repair and workshop information is helping
you to carry out repairs in an even more professional manner.
Today, we would like to inform you of a change which will take effect on
24th January, and which will provide an even more convenient method for
using the erWin information.
From 24th January 2006 onwards you can buy the online service information at
the new erWin web shop. The costs are based on a flat rate billing model.
You no longer have to have a subscription for specific documents but can
decide yourself for which period of time you would like to use the complete
range of documents offered by erWin.
You can select from the following flat rate options:
24 hours without print function = Euro 30
(only screenshots possible)
30 days without print function = Euro 200
(only screenshots possible)
30 days with print function = Euro 400
365 days with print function = Euro 1,800
For further information please refer to the new erWin web shop; select menu
options "Step by step" and Flat rate.
It will not be possible to reimburse the cost of existing subscriptions when
you opt for the flat rate system.
By the way:
Your customer details will be transferred to the new erWin web shop.
We would also like to notify you that the erWin web shop will not be
available on the 23th January 2006 from 09:00 to 17:00 CET due to the
changeover to the new flat rate system.
It will still be possible to subscribe to specific workshop manuals via the
erWin DVD, which will remain available in the language versions German,
English and French.
For further information on the erWin DVD please refer to the section erWin
DVD in the new erWin web shop.
At the same time, we herewith give due notice to cancel your existing erWin
subscription(s). Your subscription(s) will therefore end once the
document(s) have been available for 365 days.
It goes without saying that you can continue to use your existing
subscription as usual for the remaining period of its validity.

Current prices are about 18 Euro for a manual IIRC, and its yours for a year, to print as much as you like. But printing to something like MS document image writer is not allowed. But there are ways around this /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
