Error 02619 Following Rnse Upgrade

I'm getting the following error after upgrading to an RNSe on module 77, Telephone

1 Fault Found:
02619 - Communications Wire Adapter Set
004 - No Signal/Communication
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 01110100
Fault Priority: 5
Fault Frequency: 1

I've got the usual antenna one too on nav and radio but know that won't go away until I upgrade the antenna but any ideas on the above?

Can you post the following information.

What coding do you have on the RNS-E.
What is the part number of the RNS-E you have fitted.
What firmware is the RNS-E running.

What coding do you have on the BT module
What is the part number of you BT module.
