I regularly check my car with VCDS and so I have noticed that on my recent scans the engine readiness has never fully passed. Usually both the oxygen sensors and cats are showing as 'failed or incomplete'. Usually I scan from cold, but today I did so after a drive of around 15mins and the oil reached 80C. But the code was still 0010 0001. Can anyone provide technical advice on this?

1) Was that 15min drive enough? Does anyone know the process for the O2 and cat tests?
2) Every scan since I got my MRC tune has had a non-zero readiness code - could my tune be affecting it?
3) Does the MOT include a check of the readiness code?

Note: The car has only done just over 11k miles since new.
