Engine Mount Valve A6 2.5tdi 2003

Hi,
I would be grateful if anyone could advice exact location of engine mount valve on A6 2.5tdi avant SE 2003 163PS. It shows 01375 fault code, so i was wondering if I could change it my self.
Any reputable shop for Audi parts of this sort?

It's one of the engine mounts, you need to drop the subframe - not recomended as it will need tracking- or jack the engine with a crane. Neither are easy...
