Engine Fault Codes Need Help 17546 and 17544

Hey guys,

My EML is on and the fuel consumption is poor. I already replaced all the vacuum pipes and vapour valve and still no luck.

Did any of you guys had this fault code? How did you solve it?

Engine is 2.4 BDV.

17546 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add): System too Lean 
            P1138 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON
17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean 
            P1136 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - MIL ON

I would check to make sure you have no air leaks in the system anywhere. Even something like leaking exhaust manifold gaskets could cause a too lean figure. Also what are the air and fuel filters like? Been changed recently? If these are blocked it can cause air or fuel starvation.
