employees rights need advice

    the company where i work has been sold and new owners have taken over , i need to know if i should be entitled any money from old owners?

    Umm, why do you think you would be entitled to any money, are you still getting your wages? If so I can't see why you would be. (unless your entitled to bonuses)

    i am still getting my wages but i thought the old owners should give money ?

    why would they?

    they are the share holders, therefore if they sell the business they get to keep the money for their shares

    I think that you should be given a million squid from your old company, speak to one of those no win no fee solicitors

    Unless you had a stake in the company then no! why should they?

    I think that's looking like a 'NO' then mate..........!!

    But don't give up,,, I've never let overwhelming weight of evidence change my opinion on anything either........
