I did copy the vcds fault code but ive accidently copied something else since and deleted the fault code, every now and then it comes up with intake manifold flap, anyone come across this and how to fix?

Replace it with new intake manifole flap/ throttle body the big silver bit with plug in it under the egr valve about £180 from euro car parts ive done it on mine

Ok cheers, is it worth cleaning out? Notice and performance improvements?

No need to clean, u need new one once its broken its broken get from euro car parts and clean EGRvalve as it will be off
