Hi guys
Not having much luck with my 2009 BE 8P TDi ( in 138bhp flavour )
Purchased VCDS and I got a reading of G235 sensor...so bank 1 sensor 1. Replaced with 03L 906 088 GP ( which is what Etka etc list for my CBAB lump despite the original saying AP and probe looking marginally different )
So happily fitted and fault code off...three days later the dreaded emissions light is back on...now claiming
008598 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
P2196 - 000 - Signal too High (Rich) - MIL ON
Any ideas?? I'm even considering going to the dreaded main dealer as a sensor search/gremlin hunt is not really going my way!
Any help would be epic...as it is seriously going to start lightening my wallet. Thanks in advance
