    • All our products are sourced from the best manufacturers in the business, if we are not happy with the quality of the products we sell then we will not sell them onto you.
    • If you have a faulty item when receiving then please contact us as soon as there is a problem to get a replacment bulb sent (see returns policy below)
    SHIPPING
    • All items are sent out 1st class recorded within 24 hours of payment being received.
    • Postage is £1.52 for all items sent out as long as they qualify for the large envolope dimentions. (larger orders will be quoted upon a price request)
    • All items are tested before posting out.
    • All items are packaged well so are safe and secure.
    RETURNS

    • Any faulty item will be replaced if caused by a manufacturing fault under the standard european law legislation.
    • Please contact us at the earliest when the item becomes faulty.
    • We will give you a returns REF number which you will have to put in with your returned item(s).
    • It is YOUR responsibility to pay for the postage back to us, we do ask you send it recorded just to make sure we receive it or we cant replace the faulty item.
    • As soon as we recieve the item back it will be tested, replaced and if a fault with manufacturing is found will be posted back out 2nd class recorded.
    • Items damaged by water or moisture or damaged while installing will not be covered.
