I recently cleaned out my EGR valve and manifold and I made some blanking plates from 2mm stainless steel I had laying around. just get the size/shape off the old gaskets.

When you cleaned you manifold and EGR, was it well sooted up? and did you get a big difference in performance after cleaning, what did you use to clean it? I have seen people burning the manifolds with blowlamps etc :)
