Any 2001-02 (auto-trans) S4/A6 owners out there have the updated ECM flash to correct the cold start stumble? This was TSB group 01, number 04-06 aka 01, 08-21 (re-issue for TSB description).
If youve had the flash/know anyone who did and you have a VAG what version does your software say? The bulletin indicates a software level of 4000 i.e., 2.7l V6/5VT G 4000 if upgraded, under my Engine-01 block my current component is 2.7l V6/5VT G 0001. The garage said they thought it was already done for the previous owner but Im getting the textbook symptoms. Could it be logged anywhere else/ am I looking in the wrong module? Any help would be appreciated.
