"Dynamic Headlight Range Control Faulty" warning on DIS

hello people, iv had the above warning light appear. Headlights seem to point at usual level, im going to check tonight if they move when i start the car. I did a couple of searchs and saw a couple of posts about faulty motors, but nobody seems to have had the warning light appear.
Im going to check the sensors and wiring into the xenons the weekend, tho i bet this is a vag com jobby.

Any ideas what it could be???

I didn't think the 8L S3 had this functionality, you don't have a newer shape A3/S3 do you? i.e one from 2004 onwards?

No mate its a 2001 s3. Its was a fault with the self leveling system, the manual calls it Dynamic Headlight Range Control. Went out in it again last night and its ok now no warning and xenons are adjusting. I think it was just loose wiring.
