    Hi All,

Ive got a New A3 Sline with the DVD Sat nav System. I Was wondering if it will play DVD's and if so what formats?
If not then can it be changed to play DVDs? with minimum cost

    Thanks

I don't think so, only the satnav formatted DVDs but others here will have more experience and the science as to why or why not. I recall with my 1st Audi, an A4 Avant with the DVD satnav, I tried to play a normal DVD and nothing was doing. Haven't bothered since but your question will have me try again later lol. I've got one of the new RNSE 3GS systems so maybe things have changed.

I believe you need a seperate piece of equipment to get the DVD working and also something else to get video in motion. Here is a link to Hazzydayz who can supply and fit it for you... but at a steep cost!
