    No one helps....Cant believe the driver that witnessed it stopped for a min and then drove off too.

    Bit dodgy the two cars overtaking that caused it drove off together very quickly.

    It looks like it was filmed in the USA.

    Chances are they are not stopping, because it is commly used to car jack. But it is discusting that nobody helped.

    There is a law in the UK and Europe i think called the "Good samaritan Law" where you could be prosicuted (very rare) if you do not assist in the help of a person in danger etc.

    It looks like the US to me also.

    You say that a stunt like that is used for Car jacking but what excuse do the people walking up and down the street have for not helping him!!

    I think it's absolutely diabolical that no one went to check on him.

    Probably because ,in the states, if you render assistance and 'make matters worse' you can be sued, so no-one will get involved
