    Hi all ,

    i had these codes come up 17978 -[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Contr.Module Locked ??

    16486 -
    [/SIZE][/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit - Low input ??[/SIZE][/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][SIZE=-1]
    what does this mean ? I do know my airbag light is on and i want to get rid of that ...

    Have you looked on the Ross-Tech site ? got all the codes/symptoms and solutions on their......

    Just had a quick look and theirs nothing about the air bag with those codes.....one is a Maf issue which could be wiring and the other is a possible imobilizer fault......

    it tells you the possible reasons for the fault codes coming up and what to look for.....as for the air bag, i have heard about wires under the seat being dodgy !
