DSG issues...I think

Hi guys,

Posting for a family member who has a B8 RS4.

I've driven the car today and it pulls off and then suddenly jerks then into 2nd gear on the display.

Definitely more noticeable in comfort mode than dynamic mode but still there none the less.

Tried it in manual mode and no jerk.

Any ideas what the issue might be or any had anything similar? Only posted here as well as it's the same DSG I think.

Same thing in my s4, had it for 2 years and nothing has changed. A bit jerky between 1st and 2nd if I'm using drive or sport but nice and smooth in manual

Does the owner have any history of it having had the scheduled gearbox oil changes? They're due every 38,000 miles, but sooner is better.

Its an RS4 so the service schedule specifies every 19K for the hypoid and every 38K for the ATF.
