Driver Window won't open

I must admint i have had intermittent problem with the window in the past 2 months.
Sometimes couldn't open, and when i could open it, i then had problem shutting it.

When i flick the switch up or down, i can hear a click coming from inside the door panel, from the white relay box.

When i have the other 3 windows open, i can not shut them with the key fob.
Previously could when the 4 windows worked.

Has anyone got any ideas? Is it the relay? Is it the motor? The switch seems to be fine or am i gonna have to bring to the garage.

1st I'd get the car scanned to see if any faults re up, then if you can determine the issue you have to take the door apart anyway to get to the bits that maybe are causing the issues, its probably not a 5 minute fix unfortunately, but a scan & test may help with VCDS to see what the measuring blocks are seeing for the switch usage.
