I have the dreaded thud/thuds on pull away on my 2004 b6 Quattro sport.

Checked all cv joints etc.

Engine mounts look ok.

New diff and gearbox mount fitted on weekend.

Could it be snub?

Any other suggestions or is going to be rear diff work or Torsen in gearbox?

Any help be grateful.

Check the sbub and outher bushes up front, otherwise it could be a worn diff..........but difficult to say without actually driving and feeling it

Changed the diff and or gearbox oil?
Hi, is this a DIY job? I've got a mechanical whining noise over 40mph and not connected to gearbox or revs, I'm thinking a drivetrain lube might be a good first step?

Does anyone know what diff I have or are they all same? Ratios could be different I guess.

The rear dif is specific to the engine gearbox fitted so all wheels turn at the same time equally

EUB diff you need same as me.look in your manual it will tell you.
good look finding one lol
