I finally got my DIS working. sent it off to get the unit fix and a week later i got it back.
WooHoo.

I've all ways had it off and never paid any attention to it.
Does the DIS show what doors you have open or any other information?
I've got the Radio info displayed on the clocks.

depends on the age of the car.

Early Facelifts seemd to have boot warning, and LCD clock ones had all doors warnings

It's a 98 avant. It had the DIS from factory.

I've never seen the door warning.

I so much want to convert my non DIS to a working DIS. Ive heard its just a case of resetting the mileage and allowing sensors to work with DIS through VAGCOM but im struggling to find somewhere with more info than that.
