Door lock pins

Has anyone fitted a set of these to their car?

If so, how easy is it to remove the existing ones? Do they simpy unscrew? If so, they must be ****** tightly screwed in, is all I can say!

Anyone out there who can help?

Cant comment on the A4 havent touched mine but in a VW corrado they screw out and their very tight!
Reason i know is my mate has a corrado storm and when he gotit it had bright blue alloy ones which he swapped out for black ones and he had to use visegrips to unscrew them.

Thanks, Derek. I was just a bit reluctant to attack them with a monkey wrench until I'd got a second opinion on how tight they're meant to be.
