Door card Removal?

Can anyone give a tip on how to take of the door cards as i cant seem to see any screws or lugs to pull on?

make sure you get new clips then mate they brake most of the time when you pull the door trim off.
you fitting new speakers mate.

im after the chrome outer window edges from a donor car that we are breaking right now,

i have them too but my ones are fcuked and all misted up and look pants! hence im after new ones!
