Grill i did myself with rattle cans - halfrauds grey primer and audi brilliant black.
The back bumper insert pulls out with a bit of persuasion - if you feel under the bumper you should find 2 of the clips in the centre and you you can start to push it out from behind - probably best to start in the middle coz it tucks in at the sides - as with the grill there are about 2 dozen more clips than probably necessary so be careful not to snap any.
I'm not sure of the exact colour for the insert - i just dropped into the bodyshop over the road from where I work and asked if they could blow some black paint over it - I know he had been working on an S2000 but it's a decent enough match.

Exhaust is Jetex cat-back - got it off e-bay a while ago from a guy who bought it thinking it would fit his A3 so I got the system for the price of a new back box.
