Does my engine sound normal? (Video)

This is the BGU engine, it's known for rough idling and shakes

I can feel engine vibration in the driver seat, and the idle does feel rough?

Don't know if it's just what the engine is like or it can be fixed

Also there's a whining noise you can hear, anyone know what that could be?

Can't help you with this but Jeez it sounds like a Briggs and Stratton lawnmower, Get your self a diesel they are a lot quieter .
