Ditched A3 SB 2.0 TDi 170 S Line S-Tronic, for this....

The SB was a great car and didn't put a foot wrong during 7 months of ownership.

Superb build quality, classy interior, good looking and great performance from the TDI.

However, the engine, as far as I'm concerned, was also it's weakness. I mean, just listen to it. That horrible diesel clatter.

Anyway, I'm thoroughly enjoying being back behind the wheel of a TT and having owned four mkI's I am pleased to report that this car is light years ahead of it's predecessor.

Oh and that V6.......what a fantastic motor. I

Nice car but every review I've read says the 2.0T is the better car. Can I ask why you went for the 3.2 specifically?

The noise is the only thing in the 3.2 favour. It's a heavy lump and the 2.0t easily matches the power.
