Brand new Hand built John Ashley Decat Pipes for audi s3.. quick way to directly swap to decat performance!

    2.5" bore

    100 delivered!

    AUDI S3 1.8L TURBO 4X4 1999-2003

Improves performance, acceleration, top speed and fuel economy

    MADE IN WALSALL, ENGLAND

    Not China :p

Designed to be a direct swap for the original cats, our de-cat pipe is relatively easy to fit for any DIY enthusiast. We can offer a fitting service for £25.00 if you are local to Walsall, West Midlands.

Built in aluminised mild steel, our product has a 12 month warrenty and is aimed at people who do not want to spend £100's on a de-cat pipe. We also produce the same in stainless, which we will launch soon.

We produce all of our products in house and can supply from stock within 48hrs of order.

All customer feedback recieved from this particular de-cat have informed us of a much quicker acceleration time, allowing the turbo to spool up alot quicker, and a greater top speed. Reducing the restrictions in the exhaust improves effiecency, and increases the sound level slightly but not too much.

Direct replacement for the original catalytic convertors, which are required for road use ;)

Now I am in 2 minds at the moment! I appear to have a problem with my car which is pointing towards a nackered cat. I'm not sure whether to get one of the above and worry about putting my cats on for MOT time next year or to just get a new cat. My main concern with having a de cat is that the ECU will throw an error due to the post cat lambda sensor not getting the correct reading.

What do you do Rob as i'm guessing you have one of the above?

well i never had any warning lights flash up.. i mean its possible that it may do... but even then it wouldnt be detrimental to performance... i found the power more instantaneous and the s3 ran alot smoother decatted... i noticed quite a big improvement tbh

What engine code do you have Rob? Some of the earliercqrs didn't have a post cast sensor so it wasn't a problem. I think the sensor needs to be mapped out otherwise.

Anyway what price is the discounted price for ASN?

APY engine code on mine.. but on the previous two cars I've had and countless cars thats come through Ashleys the engine management light has made no difference at all to performance :)

but can be a pain to some people i know what you're saying, still as you say get it mapped and it will go off, plus you'll always see best gains running the car mapped to the mods :)

the usual price for them is about £120+delivery

ASN get them through myself at £100 delivered :)

In Stainless it would be 165+12.50 delivery

or alternatively which is sometimes better than stainless we do mild steel with white ceramic heat treatment for 150 + delivery.. lifetime guarentee keeps the heat in better than heat wrap and stays brilliant white!
