I used this guy, the disc had a blank label, took 3 minutes to load (some strange noises) and I now have TMC, new maps and 3d. ( I may have just not selected 3d??) It has the new roads and oneway system in Plymouth.

new 2017 disk is out on the net for download ,just need compatible burner and a good quality verbatim disk to make ur own
