Ok i changed ny passenger side dipped beam light and when looking at the car head on with the lights on the one i changed seems really bright and gets into your eyes. Whrn i shine them on a wall the one i changed seems to be poonting high and slightly to the left.

I was quitr carefull to make sure i took note of which way the bulb went in when i swapped it over.

Is there a certain way they go in? Whats the best way to get it back right?

    Thanks

Check to see if the bulb is seated correctly, they can be installed but not seated flush, which results in the symptoms you give.
