Digital Climate Control

Hi
My A6r is not fitted with Digital climate control, is it possible to change the air con control unit for the digital climate control unit ? If so would I only need the unit ?

If only things were that easy, new panel, heater unit, ducting, interior trim pieces, component protection removal, coding. Alot of work.

I thought the climate control may be a straight change of unit since the air con as individual temp control.

The Climate Control with the digital display has more temperature sensors in the car and also additional vents hence it being a lot of work. Many buying a C7 have realised too late that you only get the digital display when you spec the 4-Zone CC and asked about retrofitting that
