I have just bought a 99 A4 1.8T and have been considering chipping my car, but i'm not sure which company i should getit from. The two companies i have looked at are TAP and APR. I don't know much about either so hopfully someone can tell me either which one is better or of a different company. I'm going to try and keep the chip under $500 but i also want the most Hp gain as possible also.

There seems to be very few dyno plots floating around on the American boards, but maybe APR can supply you with something....

Dude, have you looked at Neuspeed? From what I understand, they've got a pretty good reputation in the States. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
