Well not posted on here before and my first post is a moan.

Have just been over to the Northampton dealership looking to px my evo8 in on an RS4, spent 30 mins for one of the sales men, their were other sales men willing to help us but this one sales rep said to them that he was the only one who could help us and made us wait?

At no time did he even aknowledge us, he was moving cars about and talking to his freinds in the car park so in the end we had to leave as we were quite hacked of.

Hope this is not normal practice.
Has anyone else had such problems?

i had a similar situation at Stirling Audi - i waited for a sales "person" to help me and when she did all she really did was give me a sit in a TT and say that once i was intending to buy to come back. i called her 4 times to arrange an appointment - she even gave me her mobile (maybe there was a message in it??? :sex: ).

needless to say, she never got back to me and i bought my A4 at an independant garage the following week.

subsequently went in on Monday to ask about garage costs and they charge £80 per hour!!! :wtf: the guy didn't even break a smile when saying it.
