You can use a jet wash or an All Purpose Cleaner, something like G101..

is your car protected i.e all waxed?? a simple wash with the pressure washer should get them off. if the car is protected then G101 will strip the wax off but if its not then G101 will certainly get off the dead flies hth

G101 all the way! I buy it in bulk direct from the supplier and it's brilliant stuff, 50/50 removes brake dust without corroding the alloys
and heavily diluted say 10/1 removes flies and tree sap ;)

I have two bottles for this purpose, labled so I can't get mixed up, makes cleaning the car so much easier.
